The interpretation is what hurts, not the fact itself. Aaron Beck
Perhaps you are here because you are interested in receiving psychological support. Support which is effective, accessible and personal. Receiving therapy is about carefully evaluating your patterns of thinking and acting in order to truly get to the root of problem behaviours. (Clinical Psychology). Another way this can be approached is through the process of evaluating how our brain influences our personality and functioning (Neuropsychology). Furthermore, the goal can be to discover the best way to optimise your skills and aptitudes to improve your capabilities at work. (Occupational Psychology). Simple does not have to mean simplicity. Therapies, interventions and services must be personalised and originate from scientifically proven principles, based on the highest of international standards.

People have many dimensions, areas of interests, skills and beliefs that must be understood. Health care providers have to be at the cutting edge of our fields, with the ability to adapt our knowledge and treatment plan to be the most effective to each individual client. Often long and complicated treatment are not useful.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical and Occupational Psychology. I also hold a Master’s degree in Neuro rehabilitation in the Madrid Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies (ISEP) of Madrid, Spain. MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.
My career has been developed in a range of hospitals, surgeries and day-care hospitals. I have worked in multidisciplinary teams with other psychologists before I began to run my own talking-therapies sessions. I have experience with young people, adults and the elderly. I have also written a variety of articles for psychology magazines and spoken at numerous seminars and congresses.
I am registered with the General Board of Psychology in Spain, I am a member of the British Psychological Society and with the Health & Care Professions Council I am registered as a Clinical and Occupational Psychologist. Currently, I combine my career with the leadership of the Childhood and Adolescence Section at the Professional Association of Psychologists in Madrid, and as collaborator for the WHO updating the ICD-11 manual for mental disorders.
